We will begin accepting applications set to the below address Feb. 1, 2012!

The fee for the 2011 camp is $250 per camper.

The 2011 application consists of three(3) parts:

  1. the application
  2. the medical release form (pages one and two)
  3. and the volunteer form

All three forms must be completed (otherwise the application is not complete and can not be accepted) and mailed to
